Why doesn't my state have record of my completed ProTraining course?

To obtain credit for your online courses you are REQUIRED to enter your license number in our ProTraining section. Enter your state license information on the 'manage licenses' page in ProTraining and your completed course results will be sent to your state department at the beginning of each month for the previous month.
