How do I get a Certificate of Completion after passing a course?

Since the Certificate of Completion is filled in with state-specific information on that course you will need to print out a separate Certificate for each state in which you are licensed, or each licensing agency in that state for which you have a license. Do this by selecting the “view transcripts” tab and then to the right of each course you have completed click beside the passed score option to print the certificate.

    What do I do if I click on that, then it takes me to the transcript page and there's nothing there?

    Login to PestWeb, click on Pro Training then view transcripts. You can print it from transcripts.

    the completion of my course appears on my transcript page, but when i click "download certificate" it only reloads the page and wont download the document.

    Same here, Both things were tried. Also emailed support.

    I also went to My transcripts after I completed the course and it’s showing 0 courses. How do I get my certificate?

    I don't even have a "My Transcripts" tab.
